Selected clients can be given access to the platform. They can have direct access to selected information in each case, e.g. activities, fees, deadlines.

A module to record the hours that particular people spent working on a case. You may generate collective summary reports for easier service settlement and invoicing.

A module for settlements according to several popular models – by-the-hour, lump sum or mixed. It takes into account the frequency of settlements, e.g. monthly, as well as labour costs and public fees.

The module allows you to generate accounting documents in the form of VAT invoices, provisional invoices, accounting notes and it's corrections. It also allows you to record settlements with customers.

The system has a number of management rights connected with user settings and system personalisation. For example, you may add your own templates to the e-mail signature to include elements of the firm's corporate identity in the exchange of communications with clients.
